Steve Hoffman
Steve Hoffman (Captain Hoff) is the Chairman & CEO of Founders Space, a global innovation hub for entrepreneurs, corporations, and investors, with over 50 partners in 22 countries. Hoffman is also a venture investor, founder of three venture-backed and two bootstrapped startups, and author of several award-winning books. These include “Make Elephants Fly” (published by Hachette), “Surviving a Startup” (published by HarperCollins), and “The Five Forces” (published by BenBella).

George Zhang
George Zhang is the founder of ShunYi Cellars, a premium boutique winery based in Sonoma County, California. Before George’s venture into the wine industry, George worked in commercial banking for 10 years, and he spend the last 6 years of his banking career at Silicon Valley Bank. George was responsible for conducting credit risk due diligence for a portfolio of tech startups and the bank’s winery clients. In 2019, George decided to follow his passion for wine and established ShunYi Cellars. In just four years, ShunYi Cellars’ production has grown from 150 cases to over 1000 cases. George believes wine not only connects people but also can be a bridge between experiences, cultures, and values.

Xiaoxiao Liu
Ms. Liu is a seasonal corporate and securities attorney admitted to practice in New York, California, and China. Specializing in corporate governance, M&A, venture capital financings, and complex technology licensing, she serves a thousands of emerging technolgy companies and has garnered highly respect from clients for her ability to navigate complex equity structure. Aside from her legal expertise, Ms. Liu is also an active social media content creator. She has created a legal social media channel that attracted over 100,000 subscribers.

Spencer Greene
Spencer Greene joined TSVC as a General Partner in 2018, after 25+ years in Silicon Valley as an entrepreneur, tech executive, and angel investor. He co-founded two startups in the 1990s, then spent twelve years at Juniper Networks in engineering, product management, and corporate development leadership roles. More recently he had executive roles at Endace (acquired), Ticketfly (acquired), and GreenLight Workforce Solutions.
