Innovation Dialog with Christian Pellecchia (Candidate for Santa Clara City Council, District 3)

In the latest edition of Innovation Dialog Diana Ding interviewed Christian Pellecchia, a Candidate for Santa Clara City Council, District 3.

Christian occupied many roles in his professional life and Diana wanted to know why he decided to run for Santa Clara City Council and which one of his roles he enjoys the most. Furthermore, Diana asked how his experience informs his decision to run for an elected official. Christian and Diana talked about the many challenges Santa Clara faces and what his priorities would be if elected. Christian is running a grassroots campaign and facing negative campaigns, Diana wanted to know how he addresses that.

The two also talked about how Christian plans to help ethnic small business owners in Santa Clara and why should voters give him their vote.

Christian Pellecchia is a Vice President of Operations at Slatter Construction Inc. He also works as a instructor at the SCUSD Adult School. Christian used to be a CEO of Silicon Valley Central Chamber of Commerce. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Biology at SUNY New Paltz and his Masters Degree in Philosophy at San Jose State University.
