Ding Ding TV is a Silicon Valley-based community digital media and news organization founded in 2009. We produce original, fact-based journalism, interviews, and multimedia stories covering local and state public-interest issues, with a particular focus on Asian American communities, civic engagement, business and innovation, education, and community affairs. Our mission is to amplify underrepresented voices, bridge information gaps, and connect diverse communities through trusted local journalism and storytelling.

Ding Ding TV is committed to accurate, fair, independent, and responsible journalism. As a community media organization serving Silicon Valley and diverse communities, including Asian American communities, we believe public trust is fundamental to our work.

Editorial Standards

Our journalism is guided by the following principles:

Accuracy and Verification
We strive to verify facts and information before publication and to distinguish clearly between verified information, opinion, commentary, and sponsored content.

Fairness and Context
We seek to provide appropriate context and, when reporting on disputed or sensitive matters, make reasonable efforts to include relevant perspectives and give individuals or organizations an opportunity to respond when appropriate.

Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently. Sponsors, advertisers, donors, community partners, public officials, and other outside parties do not determine our editorial conclusions or coverage.

Sources and Attribution
We identify and attribute sources whenever reasonably possible. Anonymous sources are used only when there is a legitimate journalistic reason to protect a source’s identity and when the information can be responsibly evaluated.

Conflicts of Interest
Our journalists, editors, and contributors are expected to disclose significant conflicts of interest and avoid circumstances that could improperly influence editorial judgment.

Corrections Policy

Ding Ding TV is committed to correcting significant factual errors promptly and transparently.

When we learn that published content contains a material factual error, we will review the information and make an appropriate correction. Depending on the format and significance of the error, the correction may be made within the original article, video description, social media post, or through a separate clarification or correction notice.

Minor typographical, grammatical, formatting, or technical errors that do not change the meaning of the content may be corrected without a formal notice.
