He has a deep understanding of data-driven and healthcare business strategy, and leads development and strategic planning for start-ups as well as companies focusing on transformative innovations. He is also specialized in providing strategic mentoring to the next generation of entrepreneurs, engineers, and academics regarding their businesses, career plans, and how to help them to achieve high goals. He served as a Mentor for National Science Foundation Innovation Corps (NSF I-Corps) for graduate students as well as elite teams of scientists to foster successful entrepreneurship. He received Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Health Science & Hospital Administration (MHS) from University of Florida. He is a lecturer at School of Informatics and Computing, Indiana University.

MONIQUE ZHANG, Asian European fusion couture designer

A well-respected Asian American fashion designer in San Francisco, founder of MZJB,  using the two artists’ initials, is to debut this month by long-established Union Square based fashion design Monique Zhang. Monique recently launched her design collaboration with Joshua Bernstein’s “Spirit Painting”.

The new MZJB design collection is from modern ensembles to evening dresses; with a special touch using sensual curve cut and elongated translucent shapes. The line also has one-of-a-kind bridal gowns, to be custom-made or ordered from made-to-order pieces.

Dr. Ksenia A. Korobkova, Postdoctoral researcher and product manager of Chef Koochooloo

Ksenia holds a Ph.D in education with a specialization in language, literacy, and technology. She has done work on the intersection of learning and media for over 12 years and currently serves as the National Science Foundation postdoctoral scholar and product manager at Chef Koochooloo, an edtech company.
