US China Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley donated 20000 masks to Community during COVID-19 pandemic.

When COVID-19 started to breakout in US on March, the US-China Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley board decided to support our community during this pandemic. We took immediate action to organize and get on with the  Donation Campaign ever since. However, it is never an easy mission, neither do we know where to buy the masks, nor do we know if we will raise enough money for the campaign. Without a reliable revenue stream, all the business members are hit hard by Covid-19. Surprisingly we raised over $12000 donations plus masks from our members and friends within one week. In order to ensure that we get the best quality of the masks, we compared many sources and checked masks certificates. We bought from three trusted sellers and donated to Santa Clara Police Department and City’s Disaster Service Workers 3500 masks, San Jose police department 3000 masks, Cupertino city and Santa Clara County Police 1000 masks, Mountain View Police Department 2200, Saratoga Senior Community 2000 masks, Chinese American Senior Association 1400.

Big thanks to all the donas, each member at USCCCSV, thanks to the city of Santa Clara, Cupertino, San Jose, Mountain View and Saratoga for giving us the opportunities and promised all the masks will be in good hands.

We work around the clock throughout the entire week. Without our donors’ generosity, we couldn’t have done this.  As the president of USCCCSV, I just want to say: Thank you! I love you, and God bless you!
