On August 16th and 17th, the 33rd Festival of India Mela & Parade was held in Fremont. The event was presented by FOG (Festival of Globe) and celebrated India’s spirit in the heart of Silicon Valley.
The event brought together vibrant traditions, mesmerizing performances, and a grand parade celebrating India’s rich heritage.
Highlights included colorful parade with 95 cultural floats, live music and dance performances, delicious Indian cuisine, handicrafts and shopping bazaar, family-friendly activities and Kids’ Zone, and a global celebration of unity and diversity.
