AAUC Nonprofit Leadership Training

Benefit from technical guidance and lead our team

AAUC is offering this special nonprofit leadership training free of charge to our active and current individual and organization members. AAUC will provide one room night hotel in Las Vegas per member for the training in March and in December respectively. Travel expenses will be the responsibility of the participants. All need to register and show proof of full vaccination and agree to wear mask during the event.

About

As our organization navigates the persistent pandemic, faces hiring and retention problems, and adapts for the future, now is a pivotal time to invest in professional development. Some nonprofit leaders are extraordinary—they consistently accomplish their organizations’ missions, earn the respect of their teams, better their communities, and transform the world. To accomplish this goal, we must understand and embrace the technical aspects of leadership, including conducting organizational assessments, improving our team’s effectiveness, and measuring the benefits of every decision. Our Nonprofit Leadership Training program will enable you to:

  • Take your organization to the next level
  • Navigate uncertainties
  • Master the technical aspects of leadership
  • Accelerate your leadership skills

This six-session series is presented in two parts: the first part is offered in Las Vegas on March 12, 2022 and the second part will be offered in December (date to be confirmed). This training will be in person given by Mary Gladstone-Highland, CEO of the Spark Group who has given the same accredited course online. This training is jam-packed with tips and will give the participants an opportunity to collaborate with a cohort of your peers. You will benefit from professional coaching and have time to discuss the unique leadership challenges you face.
