Homer is an outspoken supporter of new talent and helping Asian professionals live and lead vibrant careers.  He is a prolific DE&I champion, led corporate employee resource groups, and a long standing member of Asian’s are Visible clubhouse business roundtables. He is a scientist, artist, and consumer advocate.  As Director Product Stewardship for Consumer Products, Homer manages ingredients for Johnsons & Johnson consumer products worldwide across their life cycle.  He has over 30 years of industry experience, and 20 years with Johnson & Johnson in various roles including technical service, innovation, to strategic sourcing across the different consumer businesses.

Hong Nguyen-Phuong is an Amazon international best-selling Author (several months starting February 2020) in the business and leadership categories. He has spoken on technology-based disruption and agility at local chapters of the Project Management Institute, Silicon Valley Engineering Leadership Community, and CIO Vietnam. A veteran of Silicon Valley hi-tech, in project management and market development roles, Hong teaches software project management and enterprise agility at UCSC Silicon Valley. In the time of COVID-19, Hong’s focus has centered around remote and online facilitation and engagement, lifelong learning and skilling.
