Who is the MASTER?
Dr. Haisheng Zhang, a postdoctoral fellow of Harvard University School of Medicine and the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and he is a qualified teacher of MBSR(Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction).
With 25 years of expertise in dealing with insomnia, unexplained aches and pains, incurable diseases, low immunity, and long-term stress, Dr. Zhang is an expert in cooling you down like the other side of the pillow. He does this by combining Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong, acupuncture and the Mindfulness Meditation method. Dr.Zhang has been practicing traditional Chinese medicine for over 3 decades and has also learned from the Gautama Siddhartha of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction method, Jon Kabat-Zinn.
