Winnie Tang is the President and Executive Director of the Florida Asian Services. At the CLUSA Retreat, She introduced the main services of the organization: Citizenship Assistance Services, Citizen Bilingual Classes, Citizenship Interview Assistance in Cantonese, and Voter Mobilization. While, Winnie said “FAS had helped 6 permanent residents pass the citizenship interview”, and members felt that they are embracing them as a family. FAS was established in May 2018, located in North Miami. The goal of FAS is to advance the civic and political participation and empowerment.
