Event Venue Rental — Silicon Valley Innovation Channel Studio

The ideal place in the center of Silicon Valley for Forum, Startup pitching in front of judges, Product demo, Small seminar, Meet-up, panel discussion and speeches in front of the audience. We are a  professional videography studio with a big screen for presentation, has 100 seats,  Bose sound system, microphones, 100” TV and 4 HD cameras, fully equipped for the event with presentations or information on the big screen, high-quality videotaping and live stream.

We are a tech media in the Bay Area community and happy to share our space with other event organizers and Youtubers, close to Levi’s Stadium and many high-tech companies, in a Business Park with enough free parking.

Hourly rate applies to our regular business hours. Depending on your inquiry, you may be charged at one of the rates below:

– $149/hour for Weekday rental. $225/hour for Weekends and Holidays rate. 40% OFF for startups and non-profit organizations using a minimum of 4 hours.
– Including the chairs, a sound system with one microphone, one laptop, and a big screen.

Extra 30min exceed will charge as an hour; Extra 5min equal to 30min.

 - $500/hour Videotaping with 4 professionals working on-site using 4 HD cameras and Tricaster video switching plus banners creation.
 - $100/hour A/V Technician
 - $500/2 hours, Photo shooting 100 photos plus professional touch for 10 pictures per event. Or $250/hour
 - $150 each/day HD Video Camera rental with tripod and cables (6 available)
 - $50 per/day Microphone rental (8 available)
 - $100/hour Live Stream with high-speed internet
 - $100 Cleaning fee
 - Minimum 4 hours per day
 - The space is available for rent from 8 am to 11 pm daily. Rents for other special time periods will increase by 50%.
